2023 – 2024: Conduct a whole of organisation systemic review for a large National Out of Home Care and Disability Services Provider leading to the development of recommendations for system, service, cultural and practice improvement targeting service delivery and approximately 4,000 staff across Australia

2018 – 2020: Undertake reviews of child death, serious injury and near misses within Child Safety Services, Out of Home Care, Youth Justice Services and Family Violence Services.
